Welcome to Doranx LLC (“Doranx”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website at www.doranx.com (the “Site”) and our services. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as any amendments or updates that we may post on this page from time to time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Site, its content, and any of our services, at our sole discretion and without prior notice to you.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Privacy Policy

The use of our Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal information. It also explains how we comply with privacy laws, including GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

3. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, sending emails, or completing forms, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including but not limited to order confirmations, updates, newsletters, and promotional offers. These communications will satisfy any legal requirements for written notices, as required by law.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Site, such as placing an order, you may be required to create a user account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Product Customization & Orders

We offer customized promotional products such as bags, drinkware, writing instruments, and accessories. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

5.1 Customization Process

Artwork Submission: You must submit your artwork in vector format (AI, EPS) or high-resolution (300 DPI) files. We do not accept raster images unless otherwise stated.

Design Proofs: We will provide a design proof for your approval within 3 business days of receiving the final artwork. The approval of the proof is required before production can begin.

Approval Confirmation: Approval of the design proof must be submitted via email. Once approved, any changes to the design will incur additional charges.

5.2 Order Modifications

Order Changes: Modifications to orders can be made within 24 hours of payment confirmation. After this time, changes may not be possible, and additional charges may apply.

Cancellations: Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted. Cancellations before production starts will be refunded in full, while cancellations after design proof approval but before production will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

6. Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

6.1 Production Timeframes

Standard Production: 7–10 business days from artwork approval.

6.2 Shipping Timeframes

Domestic Orders: 1–5 business days.

International Orders: 7–14 business days.

Shipping Fees: All shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on the delivery address, size, and weight of the order.

6.3 Shipping Terms

Address Changes: Once an order is in production, we cannot modify the shipping address.

International Orders: International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid directly to the local authorities.

Damaged Shipments: Any claims for damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier (UPS/FedEx) within 48 hours of delivery. Doranx is not responsible for damages once the shipment is in the carrier’s possession.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

7.1 Defective Products

If your product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date. You must provide:

Order number

Photographic evidence of the defect

The original packaging (if requested)

Once approved, we will either issue a full refund or provide a free replacement.

7.2 Non-Defective Returns

We do not accept returns for customized or personalized products. Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

7.3 Order Cancellations

Before Production: Full refund.

After Design Approval but Before Production: 50% refund.

After Production Begins: No refund.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Customer Submissions

You retain ownership of any designs submitted to Doranx, but you grant Doranx a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the designs for the purposes of order fulfillment.

8.2 Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to reject any designs or content that:

Infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.

Contain offensive, illegal, or discriminatory content.

Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

If you submit prohibited content, your order may be canceled without a refund.

9. User Conduct

You agree to:

Not use the Site for unlawful purposes.

Not upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Site.

Not collect or harvest personal data from other users.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

10.1 Product Use

Doranx is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse of our products. Products are sold for promotional purposes, and we disclaim responsibility for any unintended uses or modifications made by the customer.

10.2 Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party services, including payment processors and shipping carriers. Doranx is not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties, and any issues with third-party services must be resolved directly with them.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

Doranx’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific product or service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Woyming, USA.

11.2 Mediation and Arbitration

Mediation: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will first be attempted to resolve through mediation, which must take place within 60 days from the date the dispute arises.

12. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes, and those changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
